6. Taxes & Shipping Charges
Applicable GST, transportation, courier, freight, packing, and shipping
charges shall be charged separately and shall be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in
writing.

production. No claims or corrections shall be accepted after approval.
8. Customer-Supplied Content
The customer warrants that all logos, trademarks, designs, photographs, text,

shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from
such materials.
9. Production Schedule
Production timelines shall commence only after receipt of the advance payment
and written approval of the final artwork. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary
depending on production schedules and operational requirements.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance
resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or other unforeseen

11. Quantity Tolerance
A manufacturing tolerance of up to ±5% in the final quantity supplied shall be
acceptable. Billing shall be based on the actual quantity delivered.
12. Customized Products

confirmation.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, layouts, designs, mock-ups,
artwork, and creative materials developed by the Company shall remain the exclusive intellectual
property of the Company.
